Background:

Atlas Land Office, LLC is requesting closure of an unused side-yard easement on behalf of the Owner, Signature Properties.  The 5-foot unused easement is located on the east side of Lot 3, Block 4 of Bristol Ponds subdivision. 

 

City staff and private utility companies have reviewed the easement closing documents and are in agreement with the closure.  Staff recommends the Council preview the ordinance and set it for adoption.
