Background:
The City Manager or his designee is authorized by ordinance to approve contract actions up to $25,000.00, including A/E agreements, professional consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts. The City requires that the governing body be apprised of such approvals by the City Manager or his designee at the next following meeting.

The Assistant City Manager for Operations approved the following A/E and Professional Services contracts and amendments:

* Professional Consultant Contract with Traffic Engineering Consultants, Inc., for New Traffic Signal at the Intersection of E. Kenosha Street and N. 33rd Street, Project No. 175135, $17,000.00, 11/03/16.
* Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services, HRAOK, Inc., for 37th Street - Omaha to Albany, Project No. ST1112, $21,864.00, 11/23/16.

Copies of the contracts, amendments, and change orders are attached.
