Background:
In the Planning Commission meeting of October 13, 2016, there were only three Planning Commission Members present and one could not vote for this item, causing a lack of quorum. The three Members voted to continue this item to the October 27, 2016 Planning Commission meeting.
In the Planning Commission meeting of October 27, 2016, there were only two members present, of the four, that were at the September 22, 2016 Planning Commission thus creating a lack of quorum. The four members present, voted to continue the minutes of September 22, 2016 to the November 3, 2016 Planning Commission meeting.
