Notification of Architect-Engineer Agreements and Professional Services Contracts and Amendments with a value of less than $25,000

Background:
The City Manager is authorized by ordinance to approve contract actions up to $25,000.00, including A/E agreements, professional consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts. The City requires that the governing body be apprised of such approvals by the City Manager at the next following meeting.
The City Manager approved the following A/E and Professional Services contracts:
• Real Estate Appraisal Review Services, Contract No. ST0914, 23rd Street Improvements, Houston to Kenosha (ODOT Surface Transportation Project, Franklin & Associates, Inc., $11,250.00, approved 09/09/16.
• Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract with Seven C’s Enterprises, Inc. dba Terra Acquisition Services, for Right-of-Way Services for Various City Projects, Not to Exceed $24,000.00, approved 09/09/16.
Copies of the contracts, amendments, and change orders are attached.
