                     Final Acceptance of the public improvements (Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Paving) for Rib Crib located at 121 West Kenosha Street

Background:

The Russell Company has completed the construction of Rib Crib.  The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.

 

Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Sanitary Sewer; (3) Storm Sewer and (4) Paving.

 

The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City.  These improvements have an approximate value of $93,574.98.  Staff recommends that the Council approve the final acceptance of the public improvements.
