Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Marlene, Steven Cregg, and Danny DeWayne McGinnis and Linda Louise McKaig, owners. Staff has reviewed the General Warranty Deed and recommends that the Council accept it.
Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.
Cost: General Warranty Deed: 150 SF @ $3.00 SF = $450.00
Damages: $500.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 950.00
