Background:

The attached Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from The L & C Roach Revocable Trust and Charlett R. Roach, Trustee. Staff has reviewed this action and recommends acceptance.

 

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.


Cost:                                                                Permanent Utility Easement: 670 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,508.00
                                    Temporary Construction Easement: 1,340 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $1,005.00
                                    Damages: $4,187.00
                                    Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 6,700.00
