Background:
The attached resolution is for the application to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for a loan through the State Loan Program for the purpose of paying costs associated with construction, inspection, and design of improvements at the Haikey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant and related lift station. The improvements included in this application were identified through discussions with BAMA and RMUA staff. The improvements include Phase 3 of the lift station force main replacement, design and construction of a maintenance building and design of the rehabilitation of the grit removal facility. The loan amount is anticipated to be $7,800,000.
