                     Acceptance of a Deed of Dedication from the William K. Warren Medical Research Center, Inc., on an unplatted parcel of land, located in the southwest corner of New Orleans Street and Aspen Avenue, Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma

Background:

The applicant, Nicole Watts, KKT Architects Inc., on behalf of the property owner, William K. Warren Medical Research Center, Inc., submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Deed of Dedication for the purpose of providing right-of-way access on an unplatted property located in the southwest corner of New Orleans Street and Aspen Avenue.  As required by BAL-1093, right-of-way shall be dedicated in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations along New Orleans Street between Aspen Avenue and Chestnut Avenue (65 feet of right-of-way from the section line, for 350 feet from the point of intersection with Aspen Avenue transitioning back at a 30-degree angle to 60 feet).

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the Deed of Dedication.
