Background:
The applicant, Nicole Watts, KKT Architects Inc., on behalf of the property owner, William K. Warren Medical Research Center, Inc., submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Utility Easement for the purpose of providing a 17.5-foot utility easement on an unplatted property located in the southwest corner of New Orleans Street and Aspen Avenue.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
