Background:

The applicant, Nicole Watts, KKT Architects Inc., representing Bixby Public Schools, Independent School District No. 4, submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Utility Easement for the purpose of dedicating a 10-foot utility easement on a platted parcel of land located north of 131st Street, one-half mile east of Garnett Road. The new easement is being dedicated due to a building addition which overlaps an existing 8-inch waterline. The waterline will be re-routed with the new utility easement and the old easement under the building shall be closed and vacated.
