Background:

This Assignment of the Contract between the City and 81st and Memorial, is intended to allow the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority (BAMA) to pay for excess water service to serve 140-acre tract and provide water service from 1/4 - mile west of Aspen Avenue (145th) approximately 2,690 feet west along Tucson Street (121st) to serve the Shadow Trails Subdivision and other undeveloped areas for the City Water System.
