Background:

The Parks and Recreation Department is proposing to contract with Geographic Technologies Group to create a Geodatabase Design to inventory the Broken Arrow City Parks and their facilities, to include the field data from 38 predetermined sites, parks inventory, tree inventory, golf course inventory, software, dynamic database integration, training and education.  The following software will be included:  GIS Map Viewer Deployment, Collector, Dashboard, Public Awareness - Park Finder, and Story Maps. 

 

This item was budgeted for in the Park and Recreation Capital Improvements Fund.

 


Cost:                                                                Not to exceed $59,500
