Acknowledgment of Architect-Engineer Agreements and Professional Services Contracts and Amendments with a value of less than $25,000

Background:
The City Manager is authorized by ordinance to approve contract actions up to $25,000.00, including A/E agreements, professional consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts. The City requires that the governing body be apprised of such approvals by the City Manager at the next following meeting.
The City Manager approved the following A/E and Professional Services contracts recently:
• Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Contract No. 151704, Justice Center Lab HVAC Reconfiguration, for assistance during construction and temporary cooling units, $5,282.91, approved 08/22/16.
Copies of the contracts, amendments, and change orders are attached.
