Background:
The attached Utility and Temporary Construction Easements are being provided by Bobby L. Lam, a single person.
Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Easement of 670 sf.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.
Cost: Permanent Utility Easement: 670 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,508.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 670 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $503.00
Damages: $1,589.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 3,600.00
