Background:
The attached Utility and Temporary Construction Easements are being provided by the Deborah Lee Spears Revocable Inter Vivos Trust by and through Deborah Lee Spears, Trustee.

Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 670 sf, as well as an additional standalone temporary construction easement of 335 sf totaling 1,005 sf. Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.

Cost: Permanent Utility Easement: 670 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,508.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,005 SF @ 3.00/SF X 25% = $754.00
Damages = $4,489.00
Total Compensation $ 6,750.00
