Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Farha Jamal, a single person.  Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

 

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.


Cost:                                                                      Temporary Construction Easement: 1,380 SF @ $2.20/sq. ft. X 20% = $607.00
                                       Total Compensation:        $  610.00
