Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Beverly Jo Gee Kidd Revocable Trust by Beverly Jo Gee Kidd, Trustee.

Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 975 sf, as well as an additional standalone temporary construction easement of 750 sf totaling 1,725 sf.

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.

Cost: General Warranty Deed: 900 SF @ $3.00/SF = $2,700.00
Permanent Utility Easement: 975 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $2,294.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,725 SF @ 3.00/SF X 25% = $1,294.00
Damages = $8,212.00
Total Compensation $ 14,400.00
