Background:

On March 10, 2016, the Planning Commission approved BAL 1090, a request to split 61.60 acres into four lots, B, D, F, and G.  BAL 1090 was approved subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated in accordance with the subdivision regulations.  Tract B is located one-quarter mile south of Albany Street, east of Evans Road in Wagoner County.

The applicant/owner Donald R. Tredway and Donna J. Tredway, Trustees of The Donald R. Tredway and Donna J. Tredway Family Trust, have submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 17.5-foot wide utility easement along the east side of Evans Road as stipulated with the approval of BAL 1090.
