Background:
Jason and Adrienne Whitacre, husband and wife, own property that was recently lot split into Northern and Southern portions. The owners plan to either sell or build a single family home on the Southern portion. The owners plan to build a single family home on the Northern portion.
Owner is dedicating a 11-foot utility easement for Sanitary Sewer parallel to Cedar Street on Lot 12, Block 11, Homestead Addition (Tract 2).
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
