Final Acceptance of the public improvement (water) for Creekwood Apartments located at 2401 West Omaha Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Background:
Ira M. Green Construction has completed construction of the Creekwood Apartments. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement has been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said improvements includes the following: (1) Water.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $530,211.00. Staff recommends that the Council approve the final acceptance of the public improvement.
