Background:
Mr. Lee Whelpley was appointed to the Broken Arrow Downtown Advisory Board (DAB) in 2012. Mr. Whelpley has been a valuable asset to the DAB. Mayor Thurmond recommended Mr. Whelpley continue to serve on the Downtown Advisory Board, and Mr. Whelpley expressed his desire to serve another term. The new term would end October 1, 2020.
