Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from The Stephen F. & Marie A. Stewart Joint Living Trust, and Stephen F. and Marie A. Stewart, Co-Trustees.

Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 806 sf, as well as an additional standalone temporary construction easement of 620 sf. Staff has reviewed this action and recommends acceptance.

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond.

Cost: General Warranty Deed: 434 SF @ $3.00 SF = $1,302.00
Permanent Utility Easement: 806 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,814.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,426 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $1,070.00
Damages: $14,215.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 18,400.00
