Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement has been conveyed from Justin Louvier, a single person. 

 

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends acceptance.

 

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond.


Cost:                                                                General Warranty Deed: 6,377 SF @ $3.00 SF = $19,131.00
                                    Permanent Utility Easement: 1,460 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $3,285.00
                                    Temporary Construction Easement: 1,460 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $1,095.00
                                    Damages: $12,700.00
                                    Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $  36,200.00
