Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Christopher A. and Deborah M. Brown, husband and wife.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends acceptance.
Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.
Cost: General Warranty Deed: 1,800 SF @ $3.00 SF = $5,040
Permanent Utility Easement: 1,264 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,770.07
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,264 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $708.00
Damages: $3,250.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 10,800.00
