Approval of and authorization to execute an architectural / engineering agreement for design of Haikey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (HCWWTP) Maintenance Building

Background:
The Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority (RMUA) has selected Chase Fetters Hewitt to design a new maintenance facility to be located at the Haikey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The building will be approximately 95 feet by 80 feet. The total Design Phase fee is estimated at $72,277.56. Half of the estimated fee, $36,138.78, is the responsibility of Tulsa Municipal Utility Authority and the other half of the estimated fee, $36,138.78, is the responsibility of Broken Arrow Municipal Authority. Funding will be from the BAMA Wastewater Plant funds.
