Background:
The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) has issued the attached Permit No. ST000072160376 for construction of the Flow Equalization Basin at the Haikey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, a joint project of the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority (BAMA) and the Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority (RMUA). ODEQ requested that the receipt of the permit be noted in the minutes of the next regular meeting of BAMA.
