Presentation, discussion, consideration and possible approval of the telephone survey of public opinion regarding curbside collection service

Background:
On January 19, 2016, the Authority approved a Professional Services Agreement with Gershman, Brickner & Bratton, Inc.(GBB) to conduct a Refuse and Recycling Survey. The purpose of this project is to understand the opinions of refuse customers so as to serve as a guide in the development and decision making process of future refuse and recycling services.
The survey was conducted during the week of May 9th through the 13th, 2016.
Kate Vasquez from GBB and Bill Shapard from Shapard Research will provide an overview of the survey results and answer questions about the survey.
