Background:
On June 8, 2016, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) issued the attached Permit No. WL000072160018 for construction of the Tulsa Water Connection at the northwest corner of the intersection at Albany and Olive. ODEQ requested that the receipt of the permit be noted in the minutes of the next regular meeting of BAMA.
