Approval and authorization for Final Acceptance for the public improvements for Spring Creek III subdivision located at Tucson and Aspen

Background:
Ira M. Green Construction has completed the construction for the Spring Creek III subdivision. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm; (3) Sanitary and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $1,142,165.55.
