Approval and authorization for Final Acceptance of the public improvements for Hardesty Center for Dance located at 3701 South Aspen

Background:
Oakridge Builders has completed the construction of the Hardesty Center for Dance. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm; (3) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $165,905.00.
