Approval of and authorization to execute a Use Agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and the Broken Arrow Historical Society

Background:
The attached Use Agreement permits the Broken Arrow Historical Society to use the Museum Broken Arrow. The Agreement from previous years remains the same except for the following revisions:
* The revised name of the History Museum has been changed to Museum Broken Arrow
* The City agrees to pay for the electrical and natural gas costs of the premises during the full term of this agreement, not to exceed $20,400.00 per calendar year.
* In the event that only low-point beer will be served, County and/or City permits must be obtained.
* The Broken Arrow Genealogical Society shall be allowed to maintain their records in the space they currently occupy or in an equivalent space in the Museum Broken Arrow. A separate Use Agreement for the Broken Arrow Genealogical Society has been prepared.
* Term - Dates changed to reflect expiration date of Use Agreement to be June 30, 2017.
* Licensee acknowledges that access to mechanical rooms and the equipment therein is restricted to qualified City personnel and approved contractors. These areas are to remain locked and free from obstruction.
* City shall provide a commercial dumpster.
This Use Agreement shall commence upon execution and end on June 30, 2017.
Cost: Not to exceed $20,400.00 per calendar year
