Background:

BAZ-002310-2025 is a request to rezone 7.5 acres from CG (Commercial General) to CH (Commercial Heavy), for East Broken Arrow Retail, a commercial development. The property is located at the southwest corner of Kenosha Street (71st Street) and Oneta Road (241st E Avenue/65th Street). Staff are in the process of reviewing a final plat for East Broken Arrow Retail that includes six lots in one block. The development will include commercial uses including a drive-thru restaurant.
