Background:
The Events Park Parks Maintenance Building project is to build out the interior the Pre Engineered Building that was constructed. This will serve as office space and warehouse space for the Parks Department of the City.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Builders Unlimited Inc is requesting the deductive Change Order for the unused Contingency Allowance.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $-17,990.00
