Background:
The Old Town Houston Street Waterline bore and Stormwater Improvements project is replacing sidewalk and waterline on the north side of Houston St between 1st and 9th. The project also is adding storm sewer pipes and regrading to be shallow ditches along the north side of Houston.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Install 4” concrete sidewalk, 6” concrete driveway, 18” CPP, Type AA4 End Treatment, Removal of Concrete Driveways, Urban ROW restoration, 36” CPP, and traffic control.
Total time added to contract is:
- 60 Days
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $363,535.00
