Background:
The Old Fire Station #7 is located at 2900 S Elm Place, Broken Arrow, 74012 is now being utilized by the IT department for office and workshop space. The current roof is at the end of its life span and requires replacement. An agreement was negotiated by City staff with the GH2 Architects to investigate the roof conditions, then prepare construction documents for the roof replacement, and provide construction support. The agreement is for $18,500.00.
