Approval of Final Acceptance for the public improvements for Life Church South - Water and Paving

Background:
Mills Trucking completed the construction of Life Church South. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water and (2) Paving.
The owner desires to donate these public improvements identified above to the City. They have an approximate value of $112,770.00.
