Background:
Upon request of the current property owner, the City of Broken Arrow is proposing to annex approximately 7.834 acres located south of the Southeast corner of the intersection of East 131st and South Garnett Road.

Currently this 7.834 acre tract of land is undeveloped and zoned AG (agriculture) in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The proposal is to develop a residential subdivision.

The Second Amended Legal Notice of Annexation was approved by the City Council at its regular meeting of November 9, 2015. It was published as required by 11 O.S. ?21-103 and included the legal description and a map of the area to be annexed at the time of publication. Further, all affected property owners within 300 feet of the annexation were notified in accordance with state law.
