Background:
The Authority has a OWRB loan that requires the adoption of the Planning and Environmental Information Document for the proposed Wagoner County Trunk Sewer Improvements. Said document dated December 11th, 2023, and was prepared by RJN Group, Inc., consulting engineers is attached for your review.
The Authority sets forth the intent to construct, operate, and maintain such proposed facilities in accordance with State and Federal requirements if said facility is approved and funded from the OWRB Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
