Approval of and authorization to accept the public improvements for Stone Horse subdivision located at North East corner of 131st Street South and 129th East Avenue

Background:
Developers and A & A Asphalt completed the construction of the Stone Horse subdivision. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm, (3) Sanitary, (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $ 2,417,108.30.
