Background:

The proposed project at S 8th St and E Natchez St is to replace a deteriorating triple barrel culvert system and install adjacent improvements to mitigate existing conditions.

Staff investigated the site and found that the existing culverts are deteriorating, and the roadbed is eroding under the pavement.

The estimated construction costs to install new culvert and repair roadway is $750,000.00 in 2024 Dollars.

Staff is requesting $250,000.00 of the 2018 GO Bond, Proposition 6 for construction costs.

This area flows to Broken Arrow Creek.
