Background:
The Houston St Improvements project will be to rehabilitate the water line from 23rd st to Old Highway 51. The project will also widen the road to allow for more traffic.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Added 2 fire hydrant assemblies at directed locations
- Unforseen rock conditions for waterline bore at WL STA 13+84
- 10 days in added time.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $30,997.82
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
