Background:
This project consists of designing and preparing construction documents for the Stone Horse Lift Station located at 7506 S. Indianwood Ave., Broken Arrow, OK 74011. This shall include but is not limited to; designing rehabilitation of the lift station, construction plans detailing intent of the project, bid document quantities, standard details and drawings associated with project specifics, and construction specifications. This lift station has aging electrical and Motor Control Center (MCC) equipment, severely corroded wet well and limited access. The Engineering and Construction Department conducted an assessment of all of the lift stations in the Sanitary Sewer System and the Stone Horse Lift Station was identified as a priority for rehabilitation. Due to age, electrical issues, and access deficiencies, it is recommended to be replaced with a new submersible station.
Engineering and Construction Department negotiated a Professional Consultant Agreement with Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. for a fee of $192,216.00 to design and prepare construction documents for the rehabilitation of the Stone Horse Lift Station.
Cost: $192,216.00
