Approval of and authorization to execute the inter-local agreement between Tulsa County and the City of Broken Arrow regarding cost sharing of pavement rehabilitation of the 111th Street and Garnett Street intersection

Background:
The Florence Street, also known as 111th Street, and Garnett Street intersection is the shared corner where Tulsa County, City of Bixby, and City of Broken have Section(s) (in the Township Range system) of ownership. The roadway surface of the intersection requires improvements including patching of the failing sections and overlaying asphalt on the existing pavement.
The purpose of the interlocal agreement outlines the responsibilities of the City of Broken Arrow and Tulsa County on the project. Tulsa County will perform the asphalt paving operations, and the City of Broken Arrow will reimburse Tulsa County 50% of the actual costs, not to exceed $30,000 as Broken Arrow has ownership of two of the four corners of the intersection.
The City of Bixby has a separate agreements pending with Tulsa County for 25% of the actual costs. Tulsa County will be responsible for the remaining portion of the construction.
