Background:

BAZ-002232-2025 is a request to rezone 0.76 acres from RS (Single-Family Residential) to ON (Office Neighborhood), for a proposed office neighborhood development. The property is located south of the southeast corner of the intersection of Kenosha Street (71st Street) and 23rd Street (193rd E Avenue/County Line Road) and addressed as 201 Angus Drive. The property is platted within the Angus Acres plat recorded in Wagoner County on December 31, 1957. The development will include an office use.
