Background:
Rezoning case PUD 255 was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on February 7, 2017. The underlying zoning of DM (Downtown Mixed Use Core District) remained unchanged. The requirement to replat the property was waived. The property, which contains 2.07 acres, is located one-half mile north of Houston Street, one-half mile west of 9th Street on the southeast corner of Main Street and Broadway.
