Background:

The attached Drainage Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, from Margaret Couch Scraper, Trustee of the Margaret Couch Scraper Family Trust, dated March 23, 2006, the owner. Parcel 3.A consists of 0.06 Acres of Drainage Easement in the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.  This offer is for the 9th Street widening from Houston Street to Washington Street, Parcel 3.A.  (Project No. ST2027)

 

Perpetual Drainage Easement: 0.06 ACRES @ $105,000/ACRE = $4,725

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $4,725.00

 

A copy of the signed Drainage Easement is attached.
