Background:

B-Z Properties, LLC is dedicating an off-site Sewer Line easement for purposes providing utility access to a proposed Development. The conditional final plat for PT-000425-2022|PR-000039-2022, Buff Creek Blocks 1-7, was approved by the City Council on February 9, 2023, subject to a checklist.

 

The dedication of the 0.76-acre Sewer Line easement shown in exhibits A.1 and A.2 has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
