Rezoning case BAZ 1963 (A-RE to RE) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 4, 2016. Platting was waived for the property generally located one-quarter mile west of 23rd Street, one-half mile north of New Orleans Street.

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3473 and approve the Emergency Clause.
