Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-2074 (A-1 and RS-4), which contained 87.17 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 2, 2021.  The City Council approved BAZ-2074 subject to the property being platted. An 18.96-acre portion of the subject property was platted as Brook Chase-Phase I in Tulsa County on August 01, 2023.  The property is generally located west of the northwest corner of Washington Street (91st Street) and 23rd Street (193rd East Avenue/County Line Road).

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3805.

 

Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-4 (Single-Family Residential)
